It's Friday again!

Sadly, though, I do not have a finished project. I have a few unfinished projects going on, though.

Firstly, I have decided to knit a blanket and matching pillows to go along with it. I have about ten squares done right now, but that only means I need like, 8237548 more. I have part one of this weeks project done - I will be revamping my beautiful blog. I have all my ideas sorted and everything, I just need to DO it. I am hoping for this project to be done this weekend, so watch out for that.

And also, can anyone tell me how I know how many people have subscribed to my RSS feed?

For the food this week, I made my friend Aleigha a red velvet cake for her birthday. Not just any red velvet cake, either. A vegan one. It came out great. If you want the recipe, feel free to drop me a line. What makes this vegan red velvet cake so amazing is that I actually decorated it to look like a T-bone steak. She loved it, and thought it was hilarious. I wish there was more left, because it was so good!

And, for freebies, I have a few. Like always, there are free tampons. There is also a sample of Excedrin, BodiHeat heating pads and a product from Crest.

Supposedly sometime in the future I'm going to do the Barbara Walker Learn To Knit afghan...

I have the book... I just need to find the time now.

Wow, I'm in awe of your projects--making red velvet cake? knitting blankets? I can barely boil water, heh.

You're really putting me to shame with these Friday posts. I have now added cooking and knitting to my "things to learn" list. Ah, there's not enough hours in the day. And yeah, I'm going to need that vegan red velvet cake recipe too.

If you use feedburner, it will tell you if you log into their site. I don't know if there's a way to do it through blogger itself.
